The Quaker Oats Company is the leading retailer of healthy whole grain, oat-based products partnered with Jamba Juice to encourage customers to start their day right with a hearty, nutritious bowl of Jamba Juice Steel-Cut Oatmeal.

October 29 is National Oatmeal Day that's why Jamba Juice wants customers to enjoy slow cooked with 100 percent organic steel-cut oats from the Quaker Oats Company along with a wide selection of high-quality toppings that customers can combine according to their liking like fresh blueberries, bananas, strawberries, pineapple; different nuts like amonds, coconut, as well as brown sugar crumble, honey and apple cinnamon.

The arrival of the "Build-Your-Own" oatmeal comes after Jamba Juice and Quaker Oats sealed the deal on a plan to reach out to health conscious customers.

Made with 100% organic, whole grain, steel-cut Quaker oats that are slow cooked daily with soymilk, Jamba Juice's Build-Your-Own Oatmeal tastes delicious, provides 48 grams of whole grains, and is a nutritious breakfast option that helps fuel consumers' active mornings.

"We are thrilled to help consumers across the nation celebrate National Oatmeal Day with our new Build-Your-Own Oatmeal that can be customized with your choice of delicious toppings," said Susan Shields, senior vice president and chief innovation officer, Jamba Juice Company.

"Jamba Juice is committed to supporting healthy living, and that includes providing our customers with a wholesome and delicious breakfast offering to help kick-start their day with a product that can be personalized to satisfy their individual tastes and nutritional needs," Shield added.

"A bowl of oatmeal in the morning is the perfect way to jumpstart your day, as it possesses a number of key health benefits", said Elizabeth M. Ward, M.S., R.D., and Jamba Healthy Living Council member.

"In addition to being an excellent source of fiber that helps to stave off hunger and cravings, oatmeal is also a whole grain food that provides a good source of protein and iron," Ward added.
