Assisting Hands Home Care, an in-home care business, opened its new location in Wayne, New Jersey.
The home care business that will residents in the Passaic and Morris counties is located at 1211 Hamburg Turnpike, Suite #215, Wayne, NJ 07470.
Personal, companion care, and in-home are among the services offered by the home care provider to the seniors. They provide assistance services to seniors suffering from physical and developmental disabilities and to the elders that have been hospitalized or recovering from surgery.
Gary Geresi, owner of the Assisting Hands Home Care-Wayne, stated, "I want to make a difference in people's lives by offering a solution to families dealing with home health care limitations." Geresi has the concept of giving support to the families who needs assistance in taking care of the seniors maintaining their independence and without forcing them to move out of their home.
"Initially I will be hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN)," Geresi stated. "As the business expands, I will be hiring Schedulers and Client Relations Managers. The backbone of the staff will be the Certified Home Health Aides employed to serve our clients."
Started in 2005, Assisting Hands Home Care caters health care services by employing caregivers that are willing to work in their client's residence. Geresi also said, "With the baby-boomer generation now entering their senior years, the need for home health care will continue to become a bigger factor for many families."
After experiencing the same scenarios of families dealing with their parents moving out of their home and sending them to a nursing home facility, Geresi was inspired to do something to serve others in providing the health care for their loved ones and maintaining living in their home.
The entrepreneur realized the importance to uphold independence as he grew older. He used his business skills combine with his passion to help others in opening Assisting Hands Home Care-Wayne.
