This upcoming sci-fi film makes their fans excited upon the release of its trailer. But many fans are worrying that the book will be a little bit different from the movie. According to Chistian Post, fans need not to worry because James is confident with the character changes. "You have to honor the material for the first film because you have a fanbase, but when you come to the second one, if you you've done well with the first movie, you now have the ability to think outside the box," James stated.

Following the first movie "Divergent," this movie is based from the book written by Veronica Roth with the same title. It is directed by Robert Schwentke, written by Brian Duffield and Akiva Goldsman while produced by Lucy Fisher, Pouya Shabazian, and Douglas Wick. It has the same lead characters as the first movie and with additional characters from the book 1, Cinemablend reports. Uriah will be played by Keiynan Lonsdale, while Lynn will be played by Rosa Salazar. They are not new characters from the book but were characters from "Divergent" (book) but not in the movie. They will be added in this film together with a newly made character, Edgar which will be played by Johnny Weston, who might form a love triangle with Tris and Four.

The movie is going to show how Tris (Shailene Woodley) will search for allies and answers in the midst of the revolt. She and Four (Theo James) are on the run being haunted by the leader of Erudite faction, Jeanine Matthew (Kate Winslet). They will try to figure out while racing against time as to why the Erudite leaders wants to stop them from figuring out why Tris' family sacrifice their lives to protect something. Tris will unlock the truth about her past and her future while facing difficult challenges one after another.

The teaser trailer was released on the day of "Hunger Games: Mockingjay" premiere. The filming begain late May this year and was finished early September. It will be in theaters on March 20, 2015. Inside Movies cited that the third installment of the series will be split into two and will be released in the next two years.
