Just three years after they started franchising, TruBlue Total House Care already bags an award as one of USA Today's Top 50 Franchises for Veterans.
"At the core of TruBlue, what we really are offering our customers is not only convenience, but time and lifestyle. In the same way, we want to give the same opportunity to our business owners, especially those who have dedicated their own time for military service," TruBlue COO Mark Cottle said.
Cottle furthermore recognized business owners who are themselves Veterans and even attested to their skill and dedication as franchise owners.
"We already have several of our great owners who are veterans. Not only are they great people, but they've found additional opportunities in networking groups and in their advertising to appeal to veteran friendly associations. In fact, in Virginia we have our owners Tim and Kay Diemont. Tim is also a veteran and they have negotiated to become a premier vendor for the Langley Airforce Base, performing cleaning, repairs and maintenance on military housing when personnel changes are made. That account alone has been a huge boon to the Diemont's annual revenue," Cottle added
TruBlue Total House Care, provider of overall house care including home improvement, maid services, repair series, lawn care and more.
30 percent of the owners of the business have been served the country through the military. Furthermore, TruBlue is continually looking for veteran franchise owners and offer discount incentives to veterans who want to be part of TruBlue and have their own business.
"A lot of military personnel are excellent at making the best of every situation while working within a system. Because of the stage of the business TruBlue is in with our young network, we need more people who can help us maximize and recognize additional opportunities - all while working within the boundaries of our brand image," Cottle said.
