The 'Hangover' star reveals how he shockingly shred those fats and talks about his baby boy for the first time!
Zach was seen in an event in New York looking incredibly lean.
According to reports he told E! that he's "dying" when asked why he was lean, and reveals his suit jacket was a 'ladies [size] 50.'
The Are You Here star revealed his diet secret last year on Live! with Kelly and Michael: 'If you don't drink 20 beers a night, you lose weight. Who knew?', according to E!.

The Hangover star also joked about 'prenatal spanking' and revealed he used to work as a nanny for two children aged 7 and 9 so he had "a little bit of experience with childcare".
"Discipline is very very important," he said. "Kids crave discipline. So, you know, prenatal spanking is important."
Zach married his longtime girlfriend - the 31-year-old co- founder of the charity Growing Voices - in August 2012 and they share homes in Venice Beach and North Carolina.
