Qdoba to Offer Free 'Extras'

| By

One of the most-loved extras, which used to be less than $2 per serving when you buy a burrito, quesadilla or taco, is now offered for free-guacamole, starting this month.

The new offer, which was released few weeks ago, is pretty sure that it will be the most-awaited thing in the food sector-from fast food diners to some classy steak restaurants which have charges on almost everything they serve.

A diner in the middle of growth burst and working on a new management, the company confirmed that it is aware of the extra charges that make the bill more expensive for the consumers.

The Qdoba now offers some of other "extras" for free, such as fajita vegetables that are priced at $0.69; queso that is for $1 and chile BBQ sauce that is also $0.69.

"We have received complaints from our customers. They think that it is too much," acknowledged by the brand president.

There are 'extra' things that consumers do not like paying for-specially young ones, who usually like extras to make they food tastier. Nobody realize it way better than Tim, whose organization went through research right after he got on board the company few months ago. A lot of consumers who were asked answered that they were sick and tired of all the extra fees. Majority of the respondents expressed their dislike paying for extras.

However, in the unending search for tastier flavor, they will for it anyway. Relying on the market, almost 35% of the diner's customers like guacamole or queso add to their orders. The fajita veggies are not that often ordered. By Qdoba's rough estimate, these extras contribute about 30% of every customer's bill.

That means relatively huge additional sale to the company, but it is discarding it for the benefit of the consumers and eventually gain their loyalty to the brand. In other cases, the organization will slightly mark up other prices on the menu.

However, Casey believed that the new move will make their consumers happy and get them to eat more often to the shop. Next month, when the diner launches its seasonal offer with new sauces for burritos, it will all be free of charge when they order the sauces, which used to have extra charge.
