Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza opened its first store in Irvine, CA on August 6, 2012. It became known for its build-your-own pizza concept where each store has its own assembly line where guests can customize their own pizza. They can create their own or choose from the signature pizzas, all measuring 11 inches fro only $8.
The restaurant uses a specialized dough following the recipe of Executive Chef Bradford Kent known as "The Pizza Whisperer." The dough goes through a 24-hour fermentation period to achieve the light, thin crust of the pizza.
Besides the build-you-own pizza, Blaze is also known for blood orange lemonade, freshly made salads, and s'more pies.
