'Castle' Season 7 spoilers confirms that Kate and Rick will tie the knot in a November episode.
The Season 6 ended in a horrible way and fans were not pleased as they we're waiting for a wedding. It was a cliffhanger as the couple were about to get married when Rick was on his way to the church had an accident and Kate was left on her wedding dress.
Before the Season 7 started showrunner Andrew Marlowe told TV Line, "We have something planned that we're kind of excited about, and we hope that people come back and play along. We know that we owe them a wedding that accurately reflects who Castle and Beckett are."
TV Line also confirmed that the a wedding will surely happen in a November episode. Quoted from IBTimes David Amann said " the new wedding will fit the nature of the two characters and that the show will not be returning to the Hamptons for the ceremony."
On the other hand, as the two episodes 'Driven' and 'Montreal' reveals Rick had gone back to Kate.
We've seen in the last episoDe that Rick, after meeting Jenkins, asked Kate to marry him right away. But after all that had happened after their supposed wedding, Kate wanted to give themselves time to recover from the trauma brought by Rick's disappearance after his accident.
According to spoilers Kate will conduct her own investigation to find out who was behind the accident. It is reported that Rick's car accident will not be solved right away after a few episodes. Executive producer David Amann's statement to TV Guide supported the idea. "After the second episode, the audience will have some but not all of the answers about what exactly is going on ... It's a sufficient amount [of resolution] that the characters can move and get back to life as they knew it, but the effects of what happened to Castle will re- emerge and re- assert themselves later in the season."
The producers mentioned in an interview that the new season hinges on the 'people or group' behind the attack against Castle. This implies a new villain in the upcoming season. Reports also claimed that Rick will deal with a serial killer named 3XK.
