Nicholas Hoult On Jennifer Lawrence's Leaked Photos: "It's A Shame"

| By

Nicholas Hoult finally lets out a statement about his ex-girlfriend Jennifer Lawrence's leaked personal photos. According to the young actor in an interview with Good Day New York, "it's a shame" his former girlfriend's pictures were stolen.

According to the X-Men actor, "It's shocking that things like that happen in the world."

In another interview with Vanity Fair, Jennifer Lawrence talked about the stolen photos and who they're supposed to be for - at that time her on-and-off boyfriend for four years, Nicholas Hoult. I started to write an apology, but I don't have anything to say I'm sorry for. I was in a loving, healthy, great relationship for four years. It was long distance, and either your boyfriend is going to look at porn or he's going to look at you."

The Hunger Games actress added, "Just because I'm a public figure, just because I'm an actress, does not mean that I asked for this. It does not mean that it comes with the territory. It's my body, and it should be my choice, and the fact that it is not my choice is absolutely disgusting. I can't believe that we even live in that kind of world."

Nicholas Caradoc Hoult, 24, is an English actor who rose to prominence worldwide when he portrayed the role of Hank McCoy (Beast) in X-Men: First Class and X-Men: Days of Future Past. Hoult also starred as R in the zombie movie Warm Bodies.

Hoult dated his co-star in both X-Men movies, Jennifer Lawrence in 2010, when they filmed X-men: First Class. They reportedly broke up in January 2013 and then reconnected in July that same year. In August 2014, the couple decided to split citing difficult work schedules for both.

On August 31, 2014, personal pictures of Lawrence were leaked to the internet by a hacker.

Currently, Lawrence is reportedly dating Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, 37, who has separated with a 10-year marriage with actress Gwyneth Paltrow just this March.
