There are three upcoming Motorola phones this 2014. Aside from the most anticipated Google Nexus 6; there are two more phones that can compete with the midranger smartphones that are out in the market.
The Droid Turbo or Moto X Play, and Droid 5 are the two smartphones rumored to be released on December, but it looks like Motorola Play or Droid Turbo might have an early release as it was reportedly pass the FCC.
In our first reports the Motorola Droid Turbo will exclusively available on Verizon; but in the new leaked FCC documents there might be another variant that will be available in other carriers.
A report from Android Face may indicate that a Motorola Droid Turbo variant will also make its way to AT&T and T-Mobile.
One of upcoming Motorola phones this 2014 reported to pass the FCC and its ID of IHDT56PK2 is on-point with the Verizon Droid Turbo's FCC ID of IHDT56PK1.
The documents from FCC also include that the new device "is electrically equivalent to the certified device carrying FCC ID IHDT56PK1."
"The FCC document lists that the smartphone will support 4G LTE bands 2, 4, 5, and 17. These bands are supported on AT&T and T-Mobile's 4G LTE network. ", from the epoch times.
Based on previous reports, the Droid Turbo or Moto X Play will feature a 5.2-inch display with QHD or 2K (2560 x 1440) resolution, 3GB of RAM, a Snapdragon 805 chipset, Adreno 420 GPU (graphics processing; 20MP primary camera and 2-megapixel front-facing camera; 32 GB of internal storage and run Android 4.4.4.
There are no confirmations yet if the leaked Droid Turbo with Verizon logo emblazoned is the same phone that will be available in AT&T and T-Mobile.

According to rumors, the new Droid phone will have a 4.3 to 4.7 inch display rendering a resolution of 720 pixels, with a density of 342 ppi. It will allegedly carry a 10 MP camera too and a physical QWERY keyboard similar to its predecessors.
It will be powered by MSM8960 dual core Snapdragon Krait or an Adreno 225 GPU with 2GB RAM. But then again, we have to take everything we have a pinch of salt and wait for the official statement of Motorola.
Let's just keep our fingers crossed that it can surpass our expectations for the upcoming Motorola phones 2014.
