| By

Red Bull will give you wings and $10 if you'd like. After a class-action lawsuit was settled, the energy drink is required to give anybody who purchases the drink a $10 check or $15 worth of red bull.

Red Bull has agreed to pay more than $13 million to settle a class action lawsuit that claims the energy drink company falsely advertises its products, according to a report by PIX11 News.

The company "settled the lawsuit to avoid the cost of distraction of litigation," Red Bull said in a statement to PIX11 News. The proposed settlement could potentially include a payout for millions of individuals who purchased at least one Red Bull can in the past 10 years, according to the report.

Anyone who purchased a Red Bull product between January 1, 2002 and October 3, 2014 is eligible to receive either $15 worth of Red Bull products or a $10 check, according to Lifehacker.com.

In the suit, it claimed that Red Bull used false advertising, and "misrepresents both the functionality and safety of Red Bull beverages."

If you were one of these who purchased the drink during the said time-frame, then you can get a $10 paycheck or $15 of Red Bull by clicking the link below.
