Sarah Danielle Goldberg, an actress in the long running television series 7th Heaven, passed away last September 27 at her family's cabin in Wisconsin
According to the late actress' mother, Judy Goldberg, the autopsy of her daughter had failed to determine the exact cause of her death. They speculated though that she died of a heart ailment, which she disclosed to The Chicago Sun-Times.
Sarah Goldberg was frequently credited as Sarah Danielle Madison in film and television. She is known for her recurring role as Dr. Sarah Glass, who is the wife of the pastor's son on the CW's family drama 7th Heaven which ran from 1996 to 2007. Sarah appeared in episodes between the years 2002 and 2006.
Sarah Madison was actually born as Sarah Goldberg in Springfield, Illinois. In 1996, she graduated from Amherst College and then moved west to pursue her acting career. She then landed a role in Jurassic Park III in 2001.
She got a role in the 1997 film My Best Friend's Wedding starring Julia Roberts as an extra. She landed the role after a crew member saw her arranging tablecloths on the set. At that time, Sarah's mother co-owned the company providing table linens for the film.

Sarah Danielle preferred to be called by her professional name, Sarah Danielle Madison because of her interest in the mermaid movie Splash last 1984. Madison was the name of the mermaid in the film.
Sarah Goldberg has died in her sleep at the age of 40 years old during a trip to her family's cabin. The late actress is survived by her lawyer father Bill Goldberg, her mother Judy Goldberg and her brother, Bradley Goldberg.
