New Angelina Jolie latest news suggests how the newly-wed actress has honoured and admires her late mother who "could move mountains for her kids".
In an interview with Marie Claire and reported by People, Jolie shared how was her mother when she was still alive and taking care of them.
"[She] was very soft but could move mountains for her kids. That's something I always admire in women: that mix of softness and strength. She was half Indian, and I remember that as a small girl, she took me to a dinner for Amnesty International," she told the magazine.
Jolie's mother Marcheline Bertrand had been succumbed by ovarian cancer and died in 2007.
She further described her mother as someone who "always tried to understand the complexity of the world. She had a great heart which was sensitive to the world's violence."
No wonder that Jolie has inherited the same trait as the "Tomb Raider" actress also a Special Envoy of UN High Commissioner for Refugees António Guterres, who "helps contribute to the vital process of finding solutions for people displaced by conflict".
In August when Brad Pitt and Jolie married in Château Miraval in France, the two honoured the actress' mother.
"Brad had a dedication to Marcheline engraved inside the chapel where we stood," Jolie previously told People.

Although it has been seven years that Jolie was left by her mother, the mother-of-six still believes that her mother is there.
"I feel in contact with my mother when I look at my children. I can feel her influence over me then. I see that my way of raising them resembles the way she raised my brother and I. It's more apparent with my daughters Shiloh and Vivienne. Therefore, yes, my mother is there, present in this influence, all the time," according to the Angelina Jolie latest news.
Almost three months after their wedding, what is she busy about nowadays?
"I'm not very good at relaxing," she told the magazine.
"I can't stay put. I read, write, negotiate films, I carry my office around with me."
The Angelina Jolie latest news also noted that Miraval "is close to European cities, but also to Africa and the Middle East. To all the theaters of operations where my United Nations work obliges me to go. L.A. is clearly too far from all that."
Her soon-to-be-released movie "Unbroken" will surely add to her collection of tattoos.
"You can be certain I'll have a new one soon. Without a doubt, something with Japanese inspiration," the Angelina Jolie latest news added.
