Amanda Bynes was seen in NYC after her father told the media that he hasn't seen his daughter after their legal agreement ended.
Early this week, Bynes was arrested for DUI and her parents claimed they haven't seen their daughter in months.
The troubled actress has apparently resurfaced in Gladstone's restaurant in Los Angeles International Airport at about 11 p.m. last Thursday
A report by E! revealed that a bystander saw the 28-year-old former actress. According to the bystander, Amanda "sat down at a booth, which is normally reserved for groups." The source also said that the restaurant staff let her stay at the booth because they know who she was and her history. Amanda also asked for extra napkins before she even placed an order.
The source continued, "Amanda was at the table by herself with all her makeup spread out across the table. She was talking to herself and putting on a ton of makeup. She would apply some, look in her compact and make weird pouty faces and they say to herself, 'OK, that looks fine." Bynes also sat in the restaurant for around 20 minutes and had ordered coconut shrimp and a Shirley Temple.
The source added, "She was very coherent in the way she spoke to the staff. Amanda said she was heading home to New York because she had an apartment there. She didn't seem like she was on drugs or anything, because she talked very normal. But her mannerisms told a different story. She was really fidgety and really sloppy in the way she ate her food. When she got up to leave, she practically bolted out of there. She had a really weird gait to her, she was power walking with posture like a pregnant woman. It was bizarre."
Amanda rose to fame in the Nickelodeon series All That and The Amanda Show. She also appeared in several films and a sitcom from 2002 to 2010. Two years ago, she announced that she is retiring from acting.
Bynes has had plenty of legal issues since 2012. She was already charged with a DUI, two alleged hit and run incidences, driving with a suspended license and criminal possession of marijuana. Bynes also underwent a psychiatric evaluation and ended up at a conservatorship under her parents.
