Taylor Swift's "The Voice" stint has been officially announced by NBC on Friday.
The network said the "Shake It Off" singer will do a "key adviser" role with the four coaches, E! News reported.
The seven-time Grammy award-winning singer and song-writer will be working with "The Voice" coaches: Blake Shelton, Pharrell Williams, Adam Levine, and Gwen Stefani.
The report also said that the 24-year-old singer will serve as the only mentor for all the contestants coming from the different teams.
Swift will the contestants with their "vocal technique, stage presence and the importance of tailoring songs to fit their personalities and strengths," NBC said.
Taylor Swift's "The Voice" first appearance would be on October 27, then on 28. She will also be seen on November 3 as the Knockout Rounds is nearing.
In a report by People, Swift will be replacing Coldplay front man Chris Martin as the seventh season adviser.
It also reported that Swift is an additional to a line-up that includes Little Big Town, Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys and Gavin Rossdale (Stefani's husband).
Swift, whose latest album is set to be released on October 27, has reportedly hosted an intimate listening party for her fans on Friday night at her home, E! News reported.
She invited some of her faithful fans to listen to her new album "1989".
On her Twitter post, she said: "NYC memories.. #1989SecretSessions". The "Love Story" singer posed with her lucky avid fans on several photos.
One attendee named John Grande took to Instagram his enviable experience with the singer.
"It was the most amazing thing I have ever heard and she is one of the most amazing people on this earth. Thank you so much Taylor, you always have my heart."
"You can put today down as the greatest day of my life," Grande added.
According to Mail Online, the award-winning singer has been hosting different listening parties these past few weeks at her residences in Los Angeles, Nashville, New York City, and Rhode Island.
The "Shake It Off" song is part of her soon to be released "1989" album, which also includes 12 other songs.
