The Flash CW Series Spoiler: Is Brandon Routh’s Atom Crossing Over From Arrow To Barry Allen’s World? Read EP Marc Guggenheim ‘s Answer Here

This is not a confirmed Flash CW series spoiler but is Brand Routh’s Atom of Arrow crossing over to the new series? Arrow and the Flash are on the same universe. In fact, Barry Allen (played by Grant Gustin) has already appeared in the world of Oliver Queen (played by Stephen Amell) during the second season of Arrow. Is it possible that the Atom, a.k.a. Ray Palmer, will appear in the CW series, too?

At a recent screening of Arrow Season 3, executive producer Marc Guggenheim talked about the Atom shrinking in the show. There he said that fans will not see Ray Palmer in his superhero form because he does not want to add superpowers in the show. However, future the Flash CW series might be tackling Ray Palmer’s gig at the Starling City as Guggeinheim said that people might see Palmer shrink in the Flash.

“I think anything is possible. My instinct is that if Ray Palmer’s going to shrink, he’ll probably shrink on another show,” Guggenheim said.

“With The Flash in existence, there’s no real compelling reason for us to do super powers on Arrow. We can bring characters to Flash to have super powers. We have plans for Ray that don’t involve shrinking, but our plans for Ray are actually really cool.”

The addition of Brandon Routh in Arrow’s third season sent many fans of the show and Chuck in frenzy. Routh, who is known for his recurring role as Daniel Shaw in the NBC series, is one of the reasons why people are excited to see Arrow. According to Guggenheim, Brandon Routh’s character will be one of the mysteries of the new Arrow season. He does not only create friction with Oliver Queen’s company and gig as the savior of the city but also to Arrow’s love life.

“Ray is a joy to write for, because his banter with Felicity is a lot of fun. It’s a quality of the show that we’ve never seen before,” he said.
