A YouTube trailer of Clint Eastwood's "American Sniper" has already garnered close 900,000 views. The upcoming movie is based on former Navy SEAL sniper Chris Kyle's autobiography book of the same title.
American Sniper tells the story Chris Kyle, an American Navy SEAL who served in Iraq and currently known as the most lethal sniper with 160 confirmed kills. In the YouTube trailer his job is to protect his fellow soldiers on patrol.
Clint Eastwood directs American Sniper while the film's script writer is Jason Dean Hall.

Joel Lambert is an actual former Navy SEAL who will play the part of a Delta Force sniper. Kevin Lacz is also a former Navy SEAL who will appear in the movie as himself and he's also the film's technical advisor.
Bradley Cooper who plays the lead role of Chris Kyle has prepared well. He increased his weight to over 18 kilos or 40 pounds. To familiarize himself with how the SEAL operates, he trained with them. He also got a chance to talk to the real Chris Kyle. Cooper promised, to the former sniper, that he will make his portrayal as accurate as possible.
Unfortunately, Chris Kyle was shot and killed by an ex-marine soldier at a Gun Range in Texas. The veteran was reportedly suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD. He is currently being charged for the murder Kyle.
American Sniper will have a limited viewing on December 25 this year. The actual premiere will be on January 16 next year.
