A "Fashion Police" update has reported that one of its hosts, Kelly Osbourne, recently revealed that 'No One' will replace Joan Rivers.
E!Online was one of the first to report about how the TV icon reportedly stopped breathing during a minor endoscopic procedure at Yorkville Endoscopy medical clinic. Joan Rivers passed away a week later, in September 4. She was 81 years old.
Since then, the rumor mill has been abuzz about who could possibly replace the brutally frank "Fashion Police" host.
According to a report from The Wrap, co-host Kelly Osbourne does not seem pleased with Joan Rivers replacement rumors and tweeted earlier this week. "#enough already!!! yes @e_FashionPolice Will be back in January but NO ONE WILL REPLACE @Joan_Rivers!"
"Fashion Police" recently released an update that the show is confirmed to return after the death of its iconic host, Joan Rivers, last September 4. According to ABC News, the show will return in January 2015 when it covers the Golden Globe Awards.
Perez Hilton also recently reported that NeNe Leakes is allegedly "swaying producers to choose her" to replace Joan Rivers.
An insider also revealed that people behind "Fashion Police" are considering the 46-year-old reality star because she has "serious comedic timing, but also because E! is looking to diversify their panel with a different ethnicity."
Another "Fashion Police" update from The Hollywood Reporter revealed that comedienne Kathy Griffin could also possibly replace Joan Rivers.
The 53-year-old is said to be Joan Rivers' protégé, and is considered by many as one of the closest contenders to fill in the hosting post left by the TV icon.
The Hollywood Reporter added that other names - both male and female - are also being considered. The ''Fashion Police" update clarified though that no formal discussions have been made with any of the possible replacements.
