In new Jennifer Lopez news, the "Booty" singer reminisced her experience when she and her twins and BFF Leah Remini had been involved in a rear-end collision on Saturday.
Max and Emme, Lopez's twins were tagged along with the BFFs heading to the Demi Lovato concert when the car crash happened.
According to Lopez, she "was super scared that something happened to the kids," the 45-year-old mother of two told Extra.
"They say in situations like that you fight, flight, freeze. I didn't freeze, I fought, and I didn't leave, I fought. I was like, 'They were kids in the car! There were three kids in the car, what's wrong with you?'" she added.
It was very fortunate that nobody in them was injured.
"Everybody's fine, thank you for asking...just a little shook up. You know you get hit from behind like that, it felt l like a boulder fell on top of the car," said the "Papi" singer.
In the interview with Extra, Remini also made the record about the photo shared by the "On the Floor" singer with the caption: "Sitting at a light, riding high right before some drunk fool rear ended us in my new whip!!!" Lopez said. "Thank god everyone ok!!! #GRATEFUL #THANKYOUGOD #DontdrinkandDrive!!!! #cursedthatfoolout #theBronxcameout #dontmesswithmycocnuts #mamabear #leahstayedcalm #thatwasweird."
According to Remini, the photo was taken before the incident happened.
"I love how people are saying oh, what do you do after you get into a car accident? I was like, 'You console your kids,' which is what we did. We didn't take a selfie. That selfie was taken before, clearly," she explained.
The Jennifer Lopez news also said that the accident occurred in Malibu, California at around 8 p.m. while Remini was driving the singer's SUV after which a suspected vehicle driver crashed at the rear end of Lopez's vehicle, according to E! News.
The six-year-old twins of Lopez were sitting at the passenger's seat, the Jennifer Lopez news said.
A police told E! News that the man who rear-ended Lopez and Remini was driving a pick-up truck, and after the collision incident tried to sped off. Luckily, a police officer was able to bring the driver to a stop over a short distance.
The man, according to the report, was arrested over hit-and-run suspicion and driving under the influence.
