Hope Solo nude pics went viral online in the most recent naked photo leakage, and the US women's soccer star felt that she was violated by the incident.
Solo made headlines over the past several weeks because of the nude photos that were allegedly obtained by a person who managed to hack the soccer star's mobile phone.
In a statement released through TMZ, Solo cried foul over the controversy where she also empathized with the other celebrities who were also involved in the massive photo leak.
"It is extremely sad and unfortunate that the rights of so many women were violated by the unauthorized release of private photographs," she said in the Hope Solo nude pics update. "This act goes beyond the bounds of human decency and, as such, I stand united with all the women affected and I am exploring every option to protect my privacy."
In the same report, the 33-year-old goalkeeper also addressed the domestic violence charges against her for allegedly attacking her 17-year-old nephew in June. Solo insisted that she is innocent of the charges against her, expressing confidence that the truth will soon prevail.
"While I understand the public desires more information regarding the allegations against me, I continue to maintain my innocence against these charges," Solo said. "And once all the facts come to light and the legal process in concluded, I am confident that I will be fully exonerated."
Meanwhile, aside from Hope Solo nude pics, former High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens expressed fear that the recently leaked photos of her will affect her acting career.
A source close to Hudgens told Hollywood Life that the 25-year-old was upset after getting into another controversy, similar to what she experienced seven years ago when a nude photo of her also leaked online.
"With these new photos out, in her eyes she thinks it taints what people might think of her when it comes to producers and decision-makers for her career," Hudgens said. "She is very upset and is looking to have her people do something about it more strongly this time."
Reports indicated that the photos were obtained by the hacker by taking advantage of an unidentified iCloud glitch, but Apple already denied that their service has something to do with the controversial hacking.
