Mac Mini 2014 Latest News: Release Date Announced; Find Out What The New Features Are!

| By

Rumors about the release of the new Apple Mac Mini 2014 have been up in the air for quite some time now. Fans were initially expecting insider statements or teasers about it anytime before or during the recent media event held by apple where it showed its release of the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 plus, iWatch, and a couple of other things - but no mention whatsoever of the Apple Mac Mini.

There have been previous rumors that the launch date will be on February 2014, but it's already September, and so far, we've yet to see an actual Mac Mini.

Fans are starting to speculate that the release might be a total hoax and that there might not be any Apple Mac Mini in the first place, due to the recent lull of reports or any insider statements from the employees of Apple themselves.

Regardless of these, there has been a recent report by KDramaStars that a "confirmed" November 20, 2014 launch date for the anticipated unit is present.

The site has reported that they got from Cyberland reports that Apple has "confirmed" a November 20, 2014 release date for the Apple Mac Mini.

This made a few skeptics shake their heads, as they find it strange that Apple "confirmed" the release when in fact, Apple has never confirmed anything with any publication about its releases. Usually, Apple just let outsiders speculate. Therefore, skeptics think that the report is completely false.

Regardless of this, some fans are still hopeful that the Apple Mac Mini is indeed in the works, and will be released soon.

According to Kpopstars, "As stated in their site, the device will be shipped with OS X Mavericks and will be powered by Iris-integrated Haswell graphics. The upcoming device is also said to see the implementation of the next-gen 802.11ac Wi-Fi which suggest that it will now have thrice the breakneck connectivity speed than its existing wireless networks. IT Pro's speculations of the latest Mac OS features include HandOff, AirDrop, MailDrop, and Continuity. The price for the 2.5GHz dual-core Intel i5 with 3MB L3 cache model will likely play around $599, while the 2.3GHz quad-core Intel i7 with 6MB L3 cache will cost $799."
