After spending two nights away from her kids, singer Jessica Simpson wants to go home to her kids.
Jessica Simpson and beau Eric Johnson, 35, are enjoying their quality time together in New York City but as a mom, it is hard not to miss your kids. Recently married couple went out of Los Angeles last September 29 for a two-night stay in the city of New York to enjoy a dinner at the NYLO Hotel. Simpson and Johnson also caught up with some of Johnson's friends Steve Gleason who is a former pro-football player and former NFL start Scott Fujita.
According to Simpson's post in Instagram, "Had an amazing time last night with Eric's good friend, Steve Gleason!" She added, "Steve apologized for not making it to our wedding, but said he would be there for our 10yr anniversary :) #teamgleason #ALS,". Their friend Gleason is suffering from ALS.
As soon as their day out ended, the couple rushed to the airport and caught the evening flight back to Los Angeles.
Simpson shared a picture of her two-year-old son Maxwell and 15-month-old son Ace. Her photo's caption was "I need to be home ASAP! #family."
Simpson and former NFLTight End Eric Johnson announced their engagement last November 2010. The couple had been dating for 6 months before they decided to get married. Simpson and Johnson tied the knot last July 5 this year in Montecito, California. They have two beautiful children together - Maxwell Drew Johnson born in 2012 and Ace Knute Johnson, who was born last year.
