Design plans are still being finalized for The Woods Jupiter, but the 5,900-square-foot restaurant will have a "prime location" in the new development, next to the amphitheater and marina.

Developer Nick Mastroianni II said in a statement on Tuesday that the club will include outdoor seating and will also have its own valet service to accommodate customers.

"I couldn't be more excited to have Tiger's new establishment operating within Harbourside Place," said Mastroianni, president and CEO of Allied Capital & Development of South Florida. "It's gratifying to see the final stages met with support from local, national and international organizations such as Mr. Woods."

Woods said he's had his eye on Harbourside Place for more than two years and called it "the perfect location" for his restaurant.

"I look forward to enjoying my restaurant as much as I hope the public will," Woods said.

Harbourside Place will be opening some stores and restaurants in October and will continue to open more through November.

The complex will have a grand opening that is set for December.
