Victoria's Secret Policy: Festive Shopping Made Better

Victoria's Secret policy on returning items has been extended to prepare for the holiday season. Customers who made purchases between October 15, 2023 and December 24, 2024, now have until January 23, 2024, to make returns. This Victoria's Secret policy is for online and in-store purchases.

For online purchases, buyers usually have 30 days to return items. They would have 30 days before your order ships to make a claim. Merchandise refunds can be issued in the original form, and the payment amount corresponds to the returned merchandise.

As for Victoria's Secret Policy for In-Store purchases, they stated that customers can return or exchange items bought on sale and clearance.

However, they noted that these things must be unwashed, unworn, and returned to their original condition. Additionally, buyers should have a valid receipt. Returns must be submitted within thirty days of purchase, excluding holiday periods.

Items with identifiers removed or cut off may be ineligible for return. Furthermore, money cannot be redeemed or returned on gift cards with balances below $10.

Victoria's Secret explains that in-store returns are generally refunded to the initial payment method within three to five business days. If the store associate cannot obtain or does not possess proof of purchase, or if your order number consists solely of numbers without any letters, the store will be responsible for forwarding your return to the distribution center.

More so, the store asked customers to give them 14 days. To receive and process their return, an additional three to five business days to receive their refund. Besides, original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Guidelines for Online Purchases

Meanwhile, for those who purchase items online, Victoria's Secret Policy states that they can contact the Customer Care team, who can give them instructions on returning the product.

When the customer is ready to return their goods, Victoria's Secret asks them to ensure they have the following information: The Confirmation Email includes your Transaction Reference Number. Next, you need your delivery documentation, which contains your delivery number.

Additionally, they should provide a list and description of the goods you wish to return and the reason for their return. If they choose to return the goods by post, they must know a few key points.

Their parcel can take up to 10 days to reach the store. Once received, returned items will be processed within three working days.

Also, they reminded shoppers that it's crucial to take reasonable care in packaging the parcel to ensure the goods are not damaged in transit. This attention to detail will help ensure a smooth and efficient return process.

For those who lost their receipts, there are still several options. If they bought items using their credit card, they must call Victoria's Secret Store Relations at (855) 866-5810. The staff at Store Relations should be able to find the customer's receipt information and send a copy.

However, those without a record would have to settle for store credit for the lowest historical selling price of the item.
