It seems that the Kate Middleton Latest News is about her second pregnancy, and how she's having not just the regular morning sickness, but worse.

Earlier this month Kate Middleton was forced to cancel her visit to Malta, her first solo royal tour, because, due to her second pregnancy, she is again suffering from the condition. For those of you who haven't been briefed yet: no, it is not just "morning sickness" and no, "drinking flat coke or eating a ginger biscuit" won't make it stop."
As previously reported, the royal couple has confirmed Kate's pregnancy to those people closest to them. It was reported that Kate has suffered a miscarriage previously, and this time, the couple is set to make sure baby number two is safe and will be delivered. Although they weren't expecting the arrival of her pregnancy, Kate is said to be very thankful and considers this to be a blessing greater than ever, due to the unexpected timing and surprise it brought to her and Prince William.
The Duchess of Cambridge, 32, is reported to be "keen to be pregnant again", according to a source close to the couple. "Kate has been talking about having at least three children, which is why she is keen to be pregnant again. The Duke would probably be happy with two but Kate is very close to her brother and sister and there is a sense that as she is one of three, she would like to have three herself."

Speculations have grown stronger considering that William is reported to be considering his retraining as an ambulance pilot. After which Kensington Palace confirmed that the Duke will be joining the East Anglian Air Ambulance next spring. Considering the change of career and setting, which will be a whole lot closer to the couple's newly refurbished London apartment where the couple reportedly wanted "so they can raise a family normally", fans are certain that Kate is indeed pregnant.
Despite these rumors and statements from sources saying the rumors are "confirmed", the Royal Palace and even the royal couple Duchess Kate and Duke William still haven't released a statement whether or not this is true.
