Putting a spin to old favorites, Jamba Juice introduces six new flavors of Energy Bowls.
The Food Beast describes the energy bowls as smoothies you can chew. It's the same flavors patrons love about the restaurant retailer's refreshing menu items. The new flavors include Acai Berry Bowl, Acai Primo Bowl, Berry Bowl, Chunky Strawberry Bowl, Mango Peach Bowl, and Tripical Acai Bowl.
The energy bowls are a blend of whole fruits with either juice, soymilk or yogurt. It's a mishmash ingredients topped with fresh fruits ranging from the common strawberries, blueberries, peaches to the tropical fruits like coconut, banana, pineapples and mangoes. Some flavors include almonds or peanut butter.
In connection with the launch of new energy bowls, Jamba Juice released a discount coupon customers can use to avail 50% discount for the energy bowl. The voucher can be printed from the website and can be used since Monday until September 30, 2014 in valid stores.
Aside from the energy bowls, Jamba Juice also announced a cold-press juice line which as four flavors-Orange Reviver, Tropical Greens, Citrus Kick, and Veggie Harvest. Each bottle consists of three fruity ingredients such as orange, apple, and banana. The 12-ounce bottled juice will be available in California by mid-October and will roll out in other branches by 2015.

White said that the cold-press juice are both nutritious and delicious. The company uses high pressure processing (HPP) that preserves the nutrients found in fruits, often damaged by heat processes. The release of the new line follows Jamba's successful foray into serving freshly-squeezed juices that are now available In 500 Jamba Juice branches.
Jamba Juice, a California-based restaurant retailer started in 1990, now has 854 locations globally. Their products include healthy whole fruit smoothies, juice blends, hot teas and food items like breakfast wraps and hot oatmeal.
