The Recent Kanye West News of him crashing a festival in Chicago has fans all over the world going crazy.
Kanye West showed up unannounced at thefirst AAHH! Fest 2014 held yearly in Chicago. The festival is curated to target the unemployment rates of the youth.
According to the festival audience, Kanye West completely surprised them in a very good way. Perhaps this is a stunt to cover up his previous wheelchair controversy in one of his concerts held in Sydney. Well, rumors have it that the rapper did a good move on this one.
His Setlist during was rumored to be very ambitious for a surprise appearance. It were as follows:
Jesus Walks, Can't Tell Me Nothing, Power, Don't Like, Mercy, New Slaves, All of the Lights, Good Life, Gold Digger, Homecoming, Blood on the Leaves, Bound 2, Niggas in Paris, Clique (w/ Common, Jay Electronica, and Vince Staples), and Get Em High (w/ Common).
The AAHH! Fest is presented by Common and Donda's House (which happens to be Kanye's charity) and took place in Union Park. It was hosted by Dave Chappelle and featured incredible performances from Lupe Fiasco, De La Soul, Common, Jay Electronica, MC Lyte, Jennifer Hudson, and Lil Herb. It also featured a community showcase curated by Rhymefest. Proceeds from the festival support the Common Ground Foundation, Donda's House, Inc., Arts Education in Chicago Public Schools, and Year-Round Youth Jobs initiatives.
