Kendall Jenner is reportedly in talks with her agent to star in the sequel to the upcoming 50 Shades of Grey Movie, yup, we're talking about sequel already. There are reports that claim the Fifty Shades of Grey director, Sam Taylor-Wood, is currently a huge fan of Kendall, that's why he is keen on getting the 18-year old model on the second installment.
As quoted from Grazia Magazine, "[Sam]'s fascinated by her and expressed interest in her appearing in the first film but it didn't happen," According to MailOnline, "Universal is also keen for Kendall to be involved in the sequel. They put in a call to her people and arranged a meeting last month, which went really well."
Fans are wondering what role Kendall would be playing in the film, considering that she might be a tad too young to play a sexual role the book entitles the lead roles to be. According to an insider, "It wouldn't be a major role but would certainly be a foot in the door of Hollywood. Apparently, she'll only sign on once Sam Taylor-Wood is confirmed as the director."
Kendall is currently looking for a change in career, since growing up with her famous family makes it hard for her to establish a separate career on her own, which is why she took up modeling initially. She even went as far as dropping her last name because she wanted to be addressed just by her first name.
According to an insider that spilled beans on HollywoodLife.com, "She just wants some independence from her family. Everyone in the business refers to her on a first-name basis, anyway, It's really important to Kendall that she make a name for herself on her own and she feels like dropping her last name helps with that goal."
