Award-winning TV show, "House of Cards" season 3 release date is rumored to be on February 15, according to website Latin Times with fans thirsty for spoilers, asking what's next for the ruthless politician, Frank Underwood?

With the success of the first two seasons, the Netflix original series "House of Cards" season 3 appears to be something to watch out for.

In an interview which appeared in The Hollywood Reporter, Ted Sarandos, chief content officer of Netflix stated that a third season is very likely.

"I think if you look at the original 'House of Cards,' there was a natural third season, and we could go well beyond that," Sarandos said about the series.

Lead actor Kevin Spacey who stars as the ruthless politician Frank Underwood said that in an interview with E! Online. His character will become "so much more evil and power hungry" in season three, like to the point of wanting the power and influence of a pope. Spacey also mentioned that writer Beau Willimon and executive producer David Fincher have "a desire to see just how dark that well is and how deep does it go. We have miles to go before we sleep," referring to the evolving characters in "House of Cards" season 3.

Latin Times also mentioned the possibility of a character dying in "House of Cards" season 3.

"Each season has seen the shocking death of a beloved character - season one was Peter Russo and season two was Zoe Barnes - raising the question about who will die in season 3. It could be Doug, assuming the character is alive and not already dead. It could be Rachel, since she's a loose cannon that can explode Frank's career into itty bitty bits of nothing. It could be Meechum, who engaged in a consensual ménage à trois. If season 3 is not the last season, we have an inkling that Doug is going to make it and Rachel will be the one to go!" the article said.

Website Kpopstarz also shared some "House of Cards" season 3 spoilers, saying that the series will "predominantly feature foreign affairs, specifically Russia," after word had spread around of Russian political band, Pussy Riot, meeting with the show's producers.

In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, Maria Alyokhina said, "It's important for us to meet people who are doing political cinema in the U.S. because in Russia, it doesn't exist, and we want to know how it happens."

Bandmate Nadezhda Tolokonnikova added, "It's not a question of what do they want, but what we want from them. And we want to learn how to do a political movie. This is our main agenda right now."

"House of Cards" stars Kevin Spacey, Robin Wright and Michael Kelly.
