The new concept will launch tastier small items and new flavors
Cinnabon Inc. introduces new concept store in Houston known as Bon Bake Shop. This will offer more variety of smaller food choices compared to the normal branch.
The pilot Bon Bake Shop is due to start its operation on September in Willowbrook Mall, Houston. But more units are projected to open soon.
"We will start with one branch. We are aware that customers will crave and treat themselves with small-sized cinnamon rolls and so we responded to their needs with this new concept," as the vice president of the brand, Kristen Hartman, explained.
The brand aims to open more units of Bon Bake Shops as soon as the pilot store is opened. Top officials have yet to set timetable but are on its way to come up with it.
"We are running tests on the initial few branches and we will look into those locations that are doing well," she added.
The items offered by Bon Bake Shop will slightly differ from the normal Cinnabon branch, this new concept will have smaller items with more flavors to choose from.
"There will be new items on the menu too. But will the classic roll in the Bon Bake Shop will not be available since it will solely be sold by Cinnabon shop," as she emphasized.
Prices are still being studied but it will definitely be affordable. In their initial statement, the prices will be from $3.69 for four items and $13.99 for a box with 16 items in it.
"We have been looking into this price points but we haven't confirmed anything yet," as Franco explained.
Hartman said in addition to that the items and prices will definitely be all reasonable for customers to enjoy their favorite pastries at a good price.
"We are planning to offer nine new flavors that they can try to mix and match," the brand official explained.
It will also have more icing flavors like wild berries and cream, Oreo, maple bacon and s'mores. Other flavors are also brownie batter, Butterfinger, red velvet, Bavarian cream pie and toasted coconut.
