Hayley Atwell will not just do a guesting on "Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D"; she is also be doing preparations for her own show, "Marvel's Agent Carter," spoilers say.
According to International Business Times, "Atwell will continue playing her "Captain America" character Peggy Carter in the historical drama, and the show should start filming soon."
Agent Carter was Captain America's girl before the hero was frozen. This means that Carter is from the 1940s.
The report added that it scheduled for a midseason premiere on ABC.
Giving her fans some "Marvel's Agent Carter" spoilers, Atwell shared some behind-the-scenes pictures of her fittings.
Stockings with seams and girdles underneath Peggy's dresses would likely be seen in the series. Even surrounded by men, Peggy will still maintain her femininity using her clothing styles, IBTimes reported.
Atwell also shared that she will be wearing a wig throughout the series. It will have resemblance on what she wore in "Captain America: The First Avenger", the report said.
According to IBT, there would be a flashback to help connect the show to "Agent Carter".
"Since 'Marvel's Agent Carter' will follow the 1940s Peggy, that's the version that will most likely appear as ABC and Marvel probably want to promote the show. Peggy could come to Coulson in a dream or a flashback to the history of S.H.I.E.L.D.," IBTimes noted.
The report also suggested that "Marvel's Agent Carter" will premiere in the "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." timeslot when the show goes for a break this winter.
According to Tara Butters, one of the executive producers of "Marvel's Agent Carter", "It's a strong female character, and you're going to follow her emotional arc through these eight episodes, which I also think is really great."
