'The Walking Dead' Season 5 Extended Trailer Released; Teases Of Impending Doom For Glenn As Rick Calls For “Constant Vigilance”

AMC's "The Walking Dead" season 5 extender trailer is finally released and teased of an impending doom for Glenn. Meanwhile, Rick left a special advice to his son Carl-constant vigilance.

New York Post also observed that the extended trailer seemed to confirm something that "The Walking Dead" fans have been dreading--"terminus is bad news," it said on its report.

The extended trailer have shown fast cuts of the videos showing the ordeals of Rick, Carl, Glenn and the others while they were trapped inside Terminus, under the evil control of Gareth.

In one scene, Glenn and Daryl were bound and gagged while a villain was shown to be swinging a bat behind them. Will Glenn end up dead in this season?

But viewers can also see that Rick's group would eventually get out of Terminus and proceed to their mission: get to Washington, D.C. Fans will be witnesses to a lot of action scenes set in the city.

The first trailer entitled, "Hunt or Be Hunted" have shown the cast fighting against the onslaught of zombies.

Meanwhile, "The Walking Dead" season 5 extended trailer, entitled "Never Let Your Guard Down" leaves viewers thrilled and scared for the members of Rick's group as they tread into a new, post-zombie apocalypse Washington D.C. without knowing what would be in store for them.

In this season, scientist Eugene Porter, portrayed by actor Josh Dermitt, remains with the team, with the promise of holding the cure for the zombie outbreak.

Website Screenrant also noted that "The Walking Dead" season 5 extended trailer have shown hints of creators weaving in points and storylines from the comic book version of the top-rated series.

Mainstays Andrew Lincoln as Rick Grimes and Norman Reedus as Daryl Nixon will be working with the other mainstays and some new faces in the fifth season.

"The Walking Dead" season 5 airs on October 5 on AMC.
