The main features of this app will show the rewards, menu, store locator, social media partners, promos and more, which will help their customers come and visit their store more often.
The software is expected to help the brand in interacting with its followers in more advanced methods like mobile campaign ads and direct marketing messages.
The two companies, Mobile Den Retail Platform and MICROS iCare customer loyalty solution are working hand in hand on this program. The program has a direct link to the MICROS POS. This will then keep the brand accessible to its followers. It will also help them attract potential customers to try out their products and service through this unique and innovative program that they are running. Since everything now is done through mobile technology, it is just right that the company will keep up with the demands.
