Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross tied the knot last Sunday in Connecticut and are currently in their honeymoon in Bali, Indonesia.
The lavish wedding was attended by friends and family, according to Cover Media.
The media outlet also reported that the celebration was held at Diana Ross' home in Connecticut.
In an interview with the British edition of Hello! magazine, Evan acknowledged his mother's efforts and support for his special day.
"Both of our mothers were involved on every level, helping us make our wedding the way we wanted it. We couldn't have done it without them," Evan told the magazine.
The 26-year-old actor proudly said: "My mom really did the impossible. She has been working on this wedding for us every day for months - and has been on tour during the process."
According to Cover Media, the 29-year-old Simpson arrived in a horse-drawn carriage. She walked down the aisle while her five-year-old son Bronx from his ex-husband Pete Wentz was also present watching from the sidelines.
"Our vows were very sweet. Evan and I decided to keep them between us and our loved ones who were with us, but there were definitely tears and some laughs," Ashlee recalled to the magazine.
"[The best thing] was just finally getting to be married to Evan and seeing all of our friends and family," Ashlee added.
"It is an incredible and overwhelming feeling to walk down the aisle and see all the faces of people you grew up with and who flew across the world to be there with you. It is probably the only time in your life when that many people you know are all together in one room."
Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross are now in Bali for their honeymoon and has been spotted enjoying the beach, E! News reported.
A source of E! News said that the couple was also seen relaxing by the pool and Ashlee looked great and was in good shape.
