Aside from chasing and battling Berlin, looks like James Spader's Raymond Reddington will have his hands full with another character. According to new The Blacklist Season 2 Spoiler, one woman is set to join the show and will be Reddington's to protect. TVLine's Matt Webb Mitovich answered questions from fans in a post September 5. One of those is about Reddington's new life in season two and the arrival of his 'new little friend.'
Mitovich wrote:
Get ready to meet Red's little friend! Literally. Episode 5 of the NBC hit's second season will introduce us to Glen, a "diminutive" DMV wonk who has a long history with Spader's character. Also being cast for that episode is the recurring role of Zoe, a "worn but pretty" woman who holds no less than the key to Red's past.
New big time guest stars are also set to come to the show as Entertainment Weekly's Natalie Abrams release new The Blacklist Season 2 Spoiler. On her September 5 post, she said that major The Good Wife character will arrive to terrorize Red's world.
I hear that David Fonteno (The Good Wife's honorable Judge Robert Parks) and David Costabile (Low Winter Sun, Suits) will both guest-star in an early season 2 episode. Fonteno will play Senator Sheridan, a southern gentleman and longtime friend of Agent Cooper who runs the black-budget for the U.S. government. Costabile, meanwhile, is a blacklister named Dr. Linus Creel, a psychiatrist with a clinical curiosity who works at various psych wards and clinics around D.C.
With these new The Blacklist Season 2 Spoiler, waiting becomes more painful for fans. The mysteries surrounding the characters of Reddington, Elizabeth Keen (played by Megan Boone), Tom Keen (played by Ryan Eggold), and Harold Cooper (Harry Lennix) are starting to pile up. According to previous The Blacklist Season 2 spoiler, the first episode will see Reddington and his guys facing with a threat named Lord Baltimore. The name itself already sounds cryptic.
