'The Newsroom' Season 3 Teaser Trailer Released; Will This Be The End Of Will McAvoy?

| By

HBO drama series "The Newsroom" season 3's teaser trailer was released, much to the excitement of the die-hard fans the show. But the sneak peek of the script in the trailer shows signs of trouble for Will McAvoy, leaving followers guessing if the final few episodes will spell the end for the lead character.

Opening with a shot of an office room, with a photocopier at one part of the office, and some close ups of a script being printed, "The Newsroom" season 3 teaser trailer do not show a lot of footage or excerpts from the actual episodes themselves. But, just like what the Business Insider observed, "The Newsroom" season 3 trailer "shows script pages printed off a copier hinting at a messy ending to the news drama which may result in Will McAvoy (Jeff Daniels) quitting his job as host and lead anchor on 'News Night.'"

The series' teaser trailer also showed intense dialogue from the characters of Reese (Chris Messina) and Will (Daniels).

Looks like the characters Will McAvoy, Mackenzie McHale, Jim Harper, Maggie Jordan, Don Keefer, Sloan Sabbith, Charlie Skinner and the rest of the ACN team will have to face new challenges in their professional careers and personal lives.

Will Jeff Daniels' character leave the set of News Night for good?

In an article published in TV Line, Aaron Sorkin, the brains and words behind successful dramas such as "The West Wing," "Sports Night" and "The Social Network," said that "The Newsroom's" third season would talk about recent events and tragedies that happened in the US, such as the Boston Marathon bombing incident in 2013.

News drama series "The Newsroom" fans will finally have something to look forward to this fall, as the final few episodes of the hit series are set to air on November on HBO.
