Leaked photo scandal has angered Victoria Justice and now she asks for justice.
Victoria is one among several celebrities with photos posted online. But the 21-year-old singer has already denied that the nude photos of her are real.
Victoria went to twitter to voice her anger on what she called "massive invasion of privacy".
"Shortly after I tweeted about certain pics of me being fake, I was faced with a serious violation of privacy. There have always been fake photos of me on the Internet, but I will not be put in the position to defend myself as to what is real or what is fake."
"I am angry at this massive invasion of privacy, and like the other women who are in this situation alongside of me, I am taking legal action to protect my rights," she added.
This is not the first that Victoria was dragged to leaked photo scandal. In 2013, the singer's photos in bathing suit were posted online. On Twitter she said: "Hacking and stealing is not cool."
A spokesperson of another victim of this leaked photo scandal Jennifer Lawrence said that Lawrence's camp has contacted the authorities "and will prosecute anyone who posts the stolen photos" of the actress.
While some of the celebrities denied authenticity of the photos, others have confirmed that they are real.
Reps for Lawrence and Kate Upton confirmed the photos' authenticity.
Nude images of the celebrities involved are making rounds on the Internet, and copies of them were posted on Reddit, Imgur, and Twitter, but were already taken down.
Other celebrities tagged in this leaked photo scandal are Ariana Grande, Kate Upton, and Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
Reports suggested that these images were leaked on image posting website 4Chan.
This person who uploaded the photos said that more images would be posted soon.
