When it comes to Da Vinci's Demons Season 3 Spoiler, the internet is a bit dry. The show ended on May 31 this year but so far, there's not much details released by people behind the show except the fact that the production is no ongoing. But with this report from the Entertainment Weekly, you'll have gazillions to be more excited about the return of the Starz fantasy-drama. According to Da Vinci's Demons executive producer John Shiban, they will incorporate something that they learn from the hit AMC drama Breaking Bad which just had an epic farewell at the 2014 Primetime Emmy with their five major awards.
"Put emphasis on character: It's one of the lessons I learned from Breaking Bad," Shiban said. The producer, who is also known for his writing works in The X-Files, Star Trek, and the Vampire Diaries, said that he is particularly fascinated and inspired Vince Gilligan's work on Walter White that was played by Bryan Cranston. This character earned numerous awards and citations from different award giving bodies.
"Walter White was such a great character, and we tried to dig so deeply into him, and the audience just came along for the ride to say, 'How far is he going to go? What is he going to do next?' Honestly, it was the same with Mulder and Scully-all the monsters in the world can't get people to tune in. That's one of the reasons why X-Files reboots that people have tried over the years have failed. I think the characters and the actors who played them weren't as interesting as David [Duchovny] and Gillian [Anderson] were. That's why people tune in-because they want to get to know and go on a personal journey with great characters. So I think if we can get the word out to the fans we have to tell their friends that this show is going to become a great character drama, as well as a grand adventure, we'll get more eyes on it."
With this news, will we see a better Leonardo da Vinci (played by Tom Riley) in the new season? Well, we still don't know but according to the same article, another well-loved character might get an upgrade. The EW Community didn't just talk with Shiban for new Da Vinci's Demons Season 3 Spoiler. They were there to get some snapshots of the set. EW was with the drama's production team in Swansea, Wales and they definitely made their visit worthwhile with photos and scoops from Gregg Chillin who plays the role of Zoroaster.
Chillin didn't share much about the development of his role but his exact words were ""Scooby gang"-I'll leave it at that."
