The 66th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards is supposed to be a spectacle of the entertainment industry's best artists and TV shows. But during the ceremony, one man outshine the likes of Walter Whites, Carrie Mathisons, Sheldon Coopers, and Will McAvoys. Weird Al Emmy Awards Performance was among the biggest highlights of the night and for that, the internet exploded.

The 54-year old singer and parodists gave the most hilarious Emmy Awards performance in recent years by doing a spoof and parody of this year's drama series nominees. Weird Al wrote lyrics that perfect describe shows like Mad Men, Scandal, Homeland, and Game of Thrones. Check the lyrics below.

Mad Men: "Jon Hamm's never won an Emmy. Oh who cares he's still Jon freaking Hamm."

Scandal: "Her lip is quivering. Quiver, quiver. It's not because she's cold. It's because she just loves the president. Remember this guy? He was in Ghost."

Homeland: "Standing in a maze. Making out with terrorists. Beautiful woman. Ugly crying, Inigo Montoya with a beard."

There was also a participation from Andy Samberg who guest-starred as King Joffrey. To end the his performance, Weird Al did what most Game of Thrones fans would do, ask George RR Martin, who was sitting in front, to finish the book. He gave the author, a typwriter.
