'The Big Bang Theory' Season 8 spoilers continue to surface online!
Finally "The Big Bang Theory" Season 8 is coming to our home screens. Sheldon Cooper, Leonard Hofstadler, Penny and the entire gang are unquestionably returning for Season 8 of the CBS series.
News of delay in schedule production was reportedly caused by contract issues involving the three lead actors: Jim Parsons (Sheldon Cooper), Johnny Galecki (Leonard Hofstadter) and Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting (Penny).
According to Deadline, the actors finally signed the contract for Season 8 when their $350,000 per episode was increased to a whopping $1 million per episode. Simon Helberg (Howard Wolowitz) and Kunal Nayyar (Rajesh Koothrappali) on the other hand, although are still in negotiation, are both receiving a mere $100,000 per episode.
"The Status Quo Combustion", 24th episode of Season 7 was aired May 15, 2014. The story revolved around Leonard and Penny's engagement announcement and what changes they want for their soon-to-be married life. However during their announcement, the gang seems to be more interested in the sexual development in Raj and Emily's relationship. Meanwhile, Sheldon is unhappy about these changes and is experiencing his own dilemma at the University.
With everything that is happening, Sheldon remains strained from all the changes and decides to pack and leave everything behind. Leonard attempts to stop him, but Penny tells him to let Sheldon go, leaving fans and audiences for the long wait until Season 8.
As for "The Big Bang Theory" Season 8 spoilers, speculations of Leonard and Penny's big wedding have surfaced online. However, executive producer Steve Molaro is quoted saying "A wedding is sometime off in the future. They're not in a rush," reported Entertainment Weekly.
Sheldon fans have also speculated on his attempted journey saying that Sheldon will soon realize that he's being immature and step off the train to return home.
