Moov Wearable Fittness Bracelet Gives Users Exercise Tips

| By

Moov's fitness bracelet gives users tips on getting into better shape Tech Crunch reported Thursday.

"We want to provide more actionable information for people to actually move more instead of just saying you should move more." Li told Tech Crunch.

The device's equipment consists of 9-axis sensor in addition to software capabilities that inform exercisers how to minimize and maximize their paces, while it streams music and immediately offers users a suggestion when it observes something.

Consumers can wear the advanced technology anywhere on the body based on the type of information they are looking for from the product Tech Crunch reported.

Users can also use the tracker to gauge their statistics when cardio boxing, cycling, and swimming, see how their exercising differs or is the same as other peoples, and promote physical activity throughout municipalities. Moov hopes to make more athletic activities compatible with the device in the months ahead Tech Crunch reported.

"I see it as my AI coach who not only tracks my moves, but works out with me in real-time: watches out for me on how to avoid injuries; whispers to me the secrets of losing weight while I do cardio; yells at me when I cheat; and encourages me to beat the pros," Meng Li, one of the founders of the gadget told Tech Crunch.

Users can also use the tracker to gauge their statistics when cardio boxing, cycling, and swimming.

Li collaborated with Nikola Hu, previously an engineer at Apple and the HALO video game, and another partner Tony Yuan since they found difficulty when working out on their own, and were not doing them the way they were supposed to be done Tech Crunch reported.

The creators hope to receive $40,000 from a crowd funding campaign from Kickstarter and Indiegogo fundraising efforts so 650 devices can be shipped, and sold for $59 each.
