DayZ: Video Game /Could Come to Microsoft's Xbox One Game Console and Sony's PlayStation 4

Fighting video game DayZ could come to Microsoft's Xbox One or Sony PlayStation 4 game console Gamereactor reported Friday.

"The next-gen consoles show very exciting promise. I'm hopeful that they can deliver on that. An important part of that, from my perspective, is encouraging and supporting third-party creative development to bring the 'edginess' of PC creative development into the console," Dean Hall, a game designer told Gamereactor. "I think if the role of Kinect/voice expands to where it is desired it could do some awesome things. I just think it's too early to say at this point," Hall told Gamereactor.

According to Gamereactor, Hall has reportedly had conversations with Microsoft about the possibility that could change the dynamic the medians video games are available on.

"We'd certainly consider release on any feasible platform with a realistic publishing model," Hall told Gamereactor. "It seems like currently both of the next-gen consoles should provide an environment we can develop inside."

"I personally feel the new consoles have yet to prove themselves able to rival the PC experience, however I feel there is the potential from both," Hall told Gamereactor.

The Xbox One has an improved kinect sensor, which enables players to operate the device just by talking. Individuals can also connect the console to their satellite television equipment in order to watch TV, and flip back and forth between gaming, and viewing shows.

PlayStation 4 has eight x86 CPU-codes titled Jaguar, and is manufactured from Advanced Micro Devices according to Network World. It also comes equipped with upgraded graphics co-processors capable of handling 1.84 teraflops of performance according to Tech Hive.

The machine has 500 gigabyte hard drive that can play blu-ray DVDs. There is also eight gigabytes of GDDR5 memory or quick network speed random access memory found in graphics cards.
