Nabisco's next two oreo flavors, cookie dough, and marshmallow crispy arrived in stores Monday Time reported.
The cookie dough flavor has a coffee colored filling mixed with chocolate chips The Daily Mail reported. Marshmallow crispy has a white filling with manila colored cookies.
Customers can pick them up while they are in stores for the next six to eight weeks.
According to The Daily Mail cookie dough oreo cookies received mixed reviews from taste-testers.
'I had high expectations for the cookie dough-flavored Oreo, which sounds like a combination of everything that is good in this world," one of the evaluators of the product told The Mail.
"But the overload of sugary sweetness was just too much, even for a sweet tooth like me. The creamy filling tasted like cake frosting, and it had a kind of coffee-flavored aftertaste, which was unexpected," the evaluator told The Mail.
Another preferred Oreo's original oreo cookies created in 1912, over the flavor.
'So sickening sweet," the taste-tester said, The Daily Mail reported. "The filling tastes like artificial hazelnut, not like any chocolate chip cookie dough I've ever made. I would much prefer the original Oreo over the new flavors," the individual said The Mail reported.
'Wow! These are delicious,' one said. "All the flavor of fresh homemade cookie dough sandwiched between the classic crunch of two Oreo wafers. Give me more!"
Others preferred the Marshmallow crispy kind.
"I thought the cookie dough Oreo was going to be great, but it was way too sweet," the taste taster told The Mail. 'But the marshmallow crispy was AMAZING. Almost as good as the real thing.'
"The marshmallow one was a delicious throwback to childhood snacktime, which often consisted of a chewy Rice Krispie treat," an additional taste tester said The Mail reported. "I was a huge fan of the filling's crispy texture and subtle marshmallowy taste."
