Rob Kardashian didn't have the best 2015.
Still as elusive as ever, the only male member of the Kardashian clan is still allegedly struggling with depression, which was the reason for his rapid weight gain over the past few months.
Rob Kardashian's 2015 weight gain was a result of many things but the biggest factor has always been his struggle with depression.
Now, as 2015 draws to a close, Rob Kardashian is allegedly still in bad shape, emotionally and physically despite his family's attempts to help him.
"Rob is still struggling and it makes the family sad," a source recently reported to People. "He deals with depression, weight issues and low self-esteem, but that's been going on for a long time."
"The family, especially Khloé, is very much there for him but it has to be his own journey to figure out," the source went on.
In October, Khloe Kardashian opened up about Rob Kardashian's weight gain and depression woes.
"He's such a great guy. That's also what's so infuriating," Khloé said. "He's charming, charismatic, everything. But I'm like, where is your will to live? Where is your will to live life? Let's be around people!"
Meanwhile, InTouch Weekly alleged that Rob Kardashian's step father Bruce Jenner, now known as Caitlyn Jenner, feels that Rob needs more than just his family's help.
"Caitlyn Jenner has been saying she really feels like Rob needs to go into rehab," a source claimed.
Since Rob Kardashian's 100 lbs weight gain, he has missed many important events, including Kris Jenner's 2015 "Great Gatsby" themed birthday bash.
According to reports, Rob Kardashian's weight gain has forced him to hide from the media, choosing not to appear in the family's hit reality series, "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."
"It's not that mysterious, what's happening with Rob," Kim Kardashian said in July. "He has gained weight. He feels uncomfortable being on the show, and that's OK."
Despite being very elusive, Rob Kardashian's sisters, Khloe and Kourtney have been very supportive of him by posting encouraging messages on social media.
