Potterheads brought out their cloaks and wands and cheered for the recently released "Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them" trailer!
Warner Brothers gave eager fans a sneak peek of the "Harry Potter" spinoff featuring its lead star Eddie Redmayne.
Redmayne stars as Newt Scamander, a magizoologist who wrote the Hogwarts textbook that Harry Potter and his friends used in the highly franchise.
This new spinoff reportedly takes place in the 1920s and takes Redmayne to North America.
"Must say I am BUZZING to get to see @FantasticBeasts the trailer looks amazing! Well done guys," Devon Murray, who played Seamus Finnigan in the eight "Potter" films tweeted after watching the clip.
Other fans couldn't help but freak out over the announcement trailer, several of which insisted that they were just on a break since "Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 2" premiered four years ago.
The "Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find them" trailer also shows Katherine Waterston's Tina as well as Dan Fogler's Jacob.
According to a previous report from Business Standard, Redmayne quipped that he's just one of the lead quartet in the film.
"The assumption is Newt's front and center, but it's a quartet. So that feels like it slightly takes the [pressure] off. At least, that's what I'm telling myself," he said.
He will presumably be partnered to Tina (Katherine Waterson), "determined employee at the Magical Congress of USA." She will reportedly become Newt's wife.
One of the quartet is the No-Maj (or Muggle) Jacob who seems to have caused the breakout or assisting in the search for the magical creatures.
The fourth member of the group will reportedly be Queenie (Alison Sudol), who is described as a witch who "possesses an ability to telepathically peel back the layers of the mind."
According to Yahoo!, the video seems to imply that the magizoologist will be having a hard time in New York, gathering the creatures and wielding his wand.
He previously joked that he was the only British actor who didn't get a part in any of the Warner Brothers' magical films. He reportedly wanted to become one of the Weasley brothers.
The film will be shown in theaters in November, 2016.
