The new UFC featherweight champion has a lot of energy left given the fact that he was not hit hard by his opponent. So, he arrived at the Foxtail Nightclub in Las Vegas looking dapper and vibrant while displaying his championship belt.
McGregor may have thrown shots towards Aldo in the media in days leading up to their fight date, he insists that he respects his opponent.
"Jose has been a phenomonal champion, my respect to Jose, I wish him well, and it's on to the next chapter," he said in his Instagram account.
He also explained how he predicted he will win the match shortly after their match.
"I said his right hand would get him into trouble," he said in the octagon.
"I said he'd overload on his right hand, and that's what happened. I see these shots. I see these sequences. If you truly believe in it. If you become vocal with it - you are creating that law of attraction and it will become reality. So, mystic Mac strikes again."
Right now, a Conor McGregor - Jose Aldo rematch dominate the conversations on what's next for the two fighters. Aldo insists what happened was not a fight since it ended briefly.
