It's been five months since the supposed release of the new album of Frank Ocean.
Still, nothing has been made available for the fans.
And while many are already losing hope, a new develop started a speculation the the long wait may finally be over soon.
Pop Crush was able to caught a tweet from a producer named A-Trak, which may have reportedly something to do with the new album of Frank Ocean and its single.
"Mark my words," the producer said. "In a few weeks you'll hear a song called 'White Ferrari,' I can't tell u who it's by but it's the best thing you'll hear this year."
The statement immediately fueled rumors that the said song is actually included in the new album of Frank Ocean.
Ed Banger Records owner, Pedro Winter, had also previously hinted progress about the new album of the Grammy winning singer.
In his interview with Les inRocks, he may have accidentally revealed that Sebastian is collaborating with Ocean.
"Sebastian has just finished producing a few tracks for Frank Ocean - a truly exciting partnership - and he will finally be able to rest on his second album," he revealed when asked about the future of his label.
He later backtracked his comment though, claliming that he has no further knowledge about the new album.
"SebastiAn met Frank Ocean few times, that's all we know. For further infos please contact Frank's management," he said in an interview with Fader.
According to Music Times, Winter may have been forced to backtrack his statement due to pressure from Frank Ocean's camp.
"Maybe he is being pressured by Ocean's team to keep the album under wraps as best they can. It is also possible that the two didn't complete any new music," the publication explained.
And while all these speculations are out in the circle, Frank Ocean remains tightlipped about the release of his new album, instead he just posted a message to the victims of the terrorist attack in Paris via his Tumblr account.
"Love to Paris and any individual or family who's lost loved ones to evil anywhere in this world," he said. "Chill with the angels."
