It looks like Selena Gomez had her Christmas wish early - and that is a new boyfriend.
She was spotted kissing Niall Horan of One Direction at the birthday bash of Jenna Dewan, who is the wife of Channing Tatum.
According to sources that kiss could have sealed their relationship.
"Selena never really thought there was any chemistry between her and Niall, but that all changed after he kissed her," an insider revealed to Hollywood Life. "It was absolutely electric for her - like fireworks. That kiss changed everything. Selena and Niall are completely and totally smitten with each other, and their chemistry is explosive."
While Selena Gomez and Niall Horan were having the time of their life, Justin Bieber seems desperate in winning his ex-girlfriend back. He even got to the point of sharing their old photos as a couple on Instagram.
Since the throwback photos didn't do the trick, the 21-year-old singer tried a different approach. He shared a photo of a gorgeous girl on Instagram and asked his fans to help him find her real identity. Unfortunately, what the Canadian pop star did didn't work as well.
"Selena heard about Justin's Instagram crush and just cringed," an insider told Hollywood Life. "She thinks it's silly and knows without a doubt that this is Justin's attempt to try to make her jealous. It's like some sort of revenge and payback because of her relationship with Niall."
According to the website, Justin Bieber must be really heartbroken when he found out that Selena Gomez and Niall Horan are dating. He may feel worse when he finds out how open he is with his feelings for the 23-year-old songstress.
"He confessed to her that he had been waiting for her for a long time. He has no problem being vulnerable with her whatsoever and his very vocal about how he absolutely adores her," a source revealed to Hollywood Life.
The website also reported that Selena Gomez feels the same way for Niall Horan.
"Not only does she love the way he kisses her, she loves the way he smells and she adores his accent," the insider said. "Just hearing his voice makes her totally light up."
It looks like there's no more room for Justin Bieber in his former lover's heart right now.
