It seems like "Mob Wives" fans will no longer Drita D'Avanzo when season 6 airs in January.
While there hasn't been any official statement yet, Drita's feud with Renee Graziano has reportedly turned for the worse and even Angela "Big Ang" Raiola, who has been very persistent in mediating between the two, has now decided to side with Graziano.
"Renee Graziano's sister Jennifer (Graziano) is the creator and the bias is towards Renee. And Renee hates Drita," one show insider tells Confidenti@l. "People are choosing sides. Big Ange was trying to keep the peace, but she is slowly gravitating towards Renee too."
According to NY Daily News, security have already been hired to handle Drita D'Avanzo during the shooting for "Mob Wives" season 6.
"There has been security hired while they film, and they've had to hold Drita back multiple times," the source said. "They are trying to push her off the show and she is aware of what's going on. At the beginning of filming there was a concerted effort to not film with her. Then, it turned to fighting."
Graziano, Big Ang, Karen Gravano together with returning cast member Carla Faccolia, have all threatened to leave the show if Drita D'Avanzo is not fired.
"If they kill her off they get more TV time," the insider explained.
However, the producers reportedly could not allow that to happen.
"The producers are eating it up," the source said. "Without Drita there is no show, so it's useless."
And while Drita D'Avanzo could not seem to get along with Renee Graziano and Big Ang, she reportedly had no issues bonding with new "Mob Wives" season 6 cast members Linda Scarpa, Brittany Fogarty, and Andrea Giovanni instead.
Show creator, Jennifer Graziano, sister of Renee, had dismissed the rumors explaining that security had always been present since season 1.
"This is ridiculous. We had security since season 1 - you see them in scenes lol," she wrote on Twitter. "Nobody is trying to oust anyone!!Too funny."
"Mob Wives" season 6 premiere will air on Jan. 13, 2016.
