Conor McGregor Warns 'Nothing Can Break Me' As His UFC 194 Fight With Jose Aldo Nears

| By

Conor McGregor vs Jose Aldo in UFC 194 is about to go down.

The two are set for a showdown on Dec. 12 at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas and fans expect nothing but fireworks after their highly publicized jibes against each other in the past weeks.

The Irish fighter once came to a fight with an injury and although he won that, some of his followers fear this might happen against Aldo.

If that is the case, McGregor insists he will never back out of the match just like what he did when he fought and won against Chad Mendes.

"Nothing can break me," he told MMA Fighting when asked to recall UFC 189.

"Nothing can stop this train from taking over this game. Absolutely nothing. I had a busted up leg and they knew I had a busted up leg and they planned to target it. They celebrated that because it happened on the world tour. They knew it, their whole camp knew it and they celebrated it and plotted away to attack it."

The case was not the same with Jose Aldo. They are actually supposed to fight on July of this year but the Brazilian pulled out because of a rib injury. McGregor revealed he told Aldo to show up in the fight and he promised that he won't target his rib.

"[Aldo] bruised his rib and pulled out of the fight and still told him when he bruised his rib, I said, 'Show up and I won't target your body," McGregor claimed. "You show up here, I won't hit you once to the body. I'll hit you clean in the face.' And he still didn't show up."

Conor McGregor vs Jose Aldo is the main event in UFC 194 and true enough, the pair is living up to the hype. The two had exchanges in the media.

McGregor said his next opponent is too emotional. He also promised that there will be a "banged up" Brazilian on Dec. 12.

"If he makes that walk, and he is inside the Octagon, every single movement will get an overreaction from him. He's emotionally invested; there's too much in it for him," he told UFC.

"I feel him overreacting, overextending and then him be KO'd unconscious. [On what you'll see at the post-fight press conference] You're going to see the belt right there on the stage. You're going to see a banged up Brazilian. Hopefully we see that. It could be somebody else, but you'll see me there with a gold belt, a brand new, custom-made suit and a smile on my face."
